If a payment does not go through, please first check your card details, billing address, international payment settings, and whether verification or bank-side risk control has been triggered.

After successful payment, an order confirmation email is usually sent automatically. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder first, then contact hi@zhisaldrime.com.

Orders are currently dispatched within 3–7 days. Once shipped, tracking information usually begins updating within 3–5 days. Because some items involve hand-finishing, material selection, or special preparation, it is normal for tracking to take a short time to appear after shipment.

If tracking still does not appear for an extended period after shipment, please contact hi@zhisaldrime.com with your order number, order email, and recipient name, and we will help verify the shipment status.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination country or region, logistics arrangements, customs processing, and local delivery. Stage-based tracking delays during international transit are normal.

If your order has not yet entered production, packing, or shipping, you may contact customer support to request cancellation. Once the order has entered processing, especially for handmade, material-selected, or specially prepared items, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Tibetan incense products: we include a scent sample in each parcel. If you do not like the fragrance after testing the sample and the main item remains unopened and unused in its original sealed packaging, you may request a return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once the main product has been opened, returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality-related reasons.

Crystal products, including Tibetan Incense & Gemstone bracelets and malas: except in the case of a clear quality issue, transit damage, incorrect shipment, or missing major contents, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for reasons such as personal preference, mismatch with expectation, change of mind after wearing, or natural material variation.

If there is a clear quality issue with a crystal item, please contact hello@zhisaldrime.com within 24 hours of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Depending on the case, we may offer reshipment, exchange, partial refund, or full refund.

Once a candle has been lit, returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality-related reasons. If the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or clearly defective, please contact after-sales support as soon as possible.

Different products have different materials, structures, and methods of use, so please follow the guidance on the product page, packaging, or customer-service advice. If a product is intended to be burned, heated, or used for fragrance diffusion, please use it in a ventilated setting and keep it away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Never leave it burning unattended, and always place it on a stable, heat-resistant, level surface.

For bracelets, malas, and other wearable ritual objects, avoid heavy impact, drops, moisture, and direct contact with corrosive chemicals. Natural materials may show variation in grain, mineral marks, color tone, cloudiness, and small handmade traces, and these are normal characteristics.

Our incense work uses plant-based powders, natural resins, woods, and herbs where appropriate. We do not use industrial synthetic glue, petroleum-based binders, or mineral grease-based industrial adhesives. For incense holders and related stone use, we work with naturally deposited Yaowang stone, also referred to as Tibetan jade, gathered from plateau riverbeds.

After receiving your order, please inspect the packaging, appearance, structure, and surface condition. If you notice damage, looseness, cracks, unusual odor, or any other obvious issue, stop use and contact us promptly.
