ZHISAL DRIME takes its name from the Tibetan phrase ཞི་གསལ་དྲི་མེད. Zhi points to stillness, Sal to clarity, and Dri-med to purity without stain. Together, they form the line we continue to hold at the center of the brand: In stillness, purity remains. In clarity, light arises.

The brand draws its atmosphere from Tibet and the plateau—mountain wind, firelight, herbs, stone, and those quiet, spacious moments shaped by open air. Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, and Space are not decorative ideas added afterward. They feel closer to the land’s own rhythm: Earth steadies, Water softens, Fire brings light, Wind keeps movement, and Space lets things settle.

From meditation incense, crystal bracelets and malas, to scented candles and the everyday ritual objects that continue to grow from them, everything we make follows the same direction: honest materials, quiet use, and long companionship. We speak openly about Tibetan Buddhism and meditation wisdom because they are part of the real source of this work; what matters to us is the way scent, material, flame, wearing, and breath return to a steadier, clearer relationship in daily life.

For us, healing is not an exaggerated promise or a packaged mood. It feels closer to a return: a quieter room, a slower breath, something real in the hand, and the mind gradually coming back to itself.

A Letter from the Founder

Hello,
Thank you for choosing ZHISAL DRIME, and for bringing this object and atmosphere shaped by Tibetan inspiration into your life.
To us, this is more than a purchase.
It feels closer to a small piece of plateau wind, a trace of herbs and resin, and a quiet flame finding its way to your side.
ZHISAL DRIME is shaped by Tibetan culture, plateau nature, and the quiet, real moments that belong to Tibetan Buddhism and meditation practice.
Within that world, incense, beads, objects, and candlelight are not only things to look at or use.
They feel more like companionship—something that slows the rush, steadies solitude, and leaves a little more clarity and room inside daily life.
When we make these pieces, we try to keep that feeling intact.
Whether it is Tibetan incense, a crystal bracelet, a mala, or a scented candle, we choose materials closer to nature and a more restrained way of expression, so that scent, texture, and the object itself can enter life quietly.
This is also the state we keep returning to: In stillness, purity remains. In clarity, light arises.
Not something forced into being, but something that lets a person come back, slowly, to what feels real, clear, and steady.
I also want to share that this purchase does more than bring a product into your home. It already takes part in a longer environmental effort.
At this stage, ZHISAL DRIME places its giving in environmental protection, with support directed toward ecological work connected to Tibetan-region conservation.
Currently, 5%
of Tibetan incense sales and 10% of crystal sales are directed toward this support.
After an order is completed, we begin the process and send a donation receipt or confirmation by email within two business days.
To us, this is not a line added after the product.
It is a way of returning plateau inspiration to plateau land, ecology, and longer-term care for nature.
So what arrives with you is not only an object;
it also carries a connection that is light, but real.
I also want to leave you with a few simple notes for use and care:
If you received Tibetan incense, please keep it in a dry, ventilated place away from direct light, and avoid moisture as much as possible. When burning it, use it in a safe and quiet setting and allow the scent to open naturally.
If you received a crystal bracelet or mala, try to avoid water, strong sun, perfume, alcohol, and cleaning chemicals. When not wearing it, place it back in its pouch or box with care to help preserve its original texture and condition.
If you received a scented candle, we recommend letting the top layer melt evenly the first time before extinguishing it. During use, keep it away from flammable items and place it on a stable, safe surface.
If you run into any issue while receiving or using your order,
whether it concerns the product, shipping, or after-sales support, you are always welcome to contact us. We will review it carefully and reply as soon as we can.

Thank you for this meeting.
And thank you for helping us carry a little of the plateau's stillness and clarity into everyday life—and into a gentler response to nature—through your own choice.
May this small trace of scent and object leave something of its own in your life—
a quiet sense that, in stillness, purity remains; and in clarity, light arises.

ZHISAL DRIME

Our Mission & Giving

What ZHISAL DRIME seeks to make is not simply a product touched by Tibetan atmosphere, but objects and experiences that bring the quieter, clearer, more ordered parts of Tibetan culture, plateau nature, Tibetan Buddhism, and meditation wisdom into real daily life.
That is why giving is not an extra layer of meaning for us. It grows naturally out of the same direction. The inspiration and inner tone we work with come from the plateau, and we want part of that connection to return to the plateau itself.
At this stage, our giving is focused on environmental protection, with support directed toward ecological initiatives connected to the Sanjiangyuan Ecological Conservation Foundation and Tibetan-region environmental work. We want that support to live in longer, more concrete action, rather than staying at the level of concept.
Currently, 5% of Tibetan incense sales and 10% of crystal sales are directed toward this environmental support. After an order is completed, we begin the corresponding process and send a donation receipt or confirmation by email within two business days.
To us, mission and giving move in the same direction: bringing the stillness and clarity of the plateau into daily life, and returning some of the support created through that connection back to the land it came from.

Our Materials

Materials are never surface decoration for ZHISAL DRIME. Wood, herbs, resin, stone, copper, flame, and wax each carry their own weight and atmosphere. We prefer to preserve those qualities rather than cover them with excessive finishing.
In our incense work, we use plant-based powders, natural resins, woods, and herbs wherever appropriate. We do not use industrial synthetic glue, petroleum-based binders, or mineral grease-based industrial adhesives. What remains in burning is the layered scent of the wood, herbs, and resin themselves.
For incense holders and related stones, we use Yaowang stone from naturally deposited plateau riverbeds, also known as Tibetan jade. It is not mined or cut from mountain rock. It is hand-collected along the riverbanks by local Tibetan people—no blasting, no mechanical extraction, no industrial digging. It does not burn. It simply holds.
We also keep the natural differences that belong to real materials. Variation in tone, grain, cloudiness, mineral marks, and small handmade traces are all normal parts of natural material and hand-finished work. They are not flaws. They are evidence of what the material is.
In packaging and shipping, we prioritize Tibetan paper where possible, avoid lamination, reduce plastic, and prefer recyclable or biodegradable materials. We also avoid over-printing and decorative waste.

In stillness, purity remains. In clarity, light arises.
